THINGS ARE somewhat DELAYED, BUT WE ARE GETTING THEM OUT ASAP!

1. Due to Covid Law we are required to run a reduced, distanced staff at the warehouse.

2. Also due to law, first priority is to be given to all NHS business & Covid Vaccination mailings and such - also handled at our facility.

PLEASE NOTE: - Some deliveries are taking up to 5 days longer than usual - As required by law, we must operate socially distanced, one person per area, which makes things a bit slower.  

PROCESSING/PACKING PROMISE GOAL IS NOW 4 BUSINESS DAYS. THE DELIVERY WINDOW IS, AT THE VERY MOST 14 BUSINESS DAYS (average is 3-4 days).

PLEASE: • Please be vigilant and ready to “sign” for deliveries • If missed PLEASE COLLECT AT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR ARRANGE REDELIVERY ASAP! • PLEASE CHECK WITH NEIGHBOURS & ‘Safe Places’BEFORE sending a parcel query to us! •

Please give orders 10 days from confirmation to conserve our valuable staff resources we will now try to keep you informed ahead of the schedule.

In any case, please unless there is a transaction or payment query, please Do Not Send Tracking Queries Before Ten Business Days After You Have Rec’d The “Order In Process” Confirmation. We are running on a reduced staff, and answering tracking queries takes up enormous amounts of time - and it does not in any way speed up Royal Mail - in fact, it could cause delays.

We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Sincere Apologies to anyone delayed. This is a member-service, (Not Amazon nor wish to ever be).

EU FELLOW MEMBERS: Please be patient and allow extra time. CoDependents Anonymous does not stop at any political borders - and the current situation  clearly affects CoDA as a whole. We're doing our best.

We are at the mercy of the ongoing problems at the borders, some items go normally, some get turned around. It’s unmanageable at present. Also: PLEASE PROVIDE AS MUCH DETAILED INFORMATION, including phone numbers, contacts, etc. - the more we have, the more we can help!

We are still searching for an EU-based warehouse fulfilment partner - information to come.
